You will stay at a friendly three star hotel in Mount Lavinia, just south of Colombo.

Mount Lavinia is situated on the beach, with internet facilities, banks and a supermarket nearby. Accommodation is in double rooms (single rooms available at a supplement) with air conditioning, en-suite facilities and television. Breakfast is provided by the hotel and evening meals will be taken at one of the many local restaurants which often provide western meals as well as authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.

A neighbouring hotel has a swimming pool which welcomes non-resident users for a small cost, so you can enjoy a dip at the end of a tiring day if you feel in need of a much deserved pick-me-up.

The last few days of your break are spent relaxing in a comfortable beach hotel on the south coast. Kick back and relax, take a dip in the pool, swim in the Indian Ocean, stroll into the neighbouring village, and reflect upon your holiday experience.
